The second part of the size, the letter, comes from the width of the Firefighter's hand across the knuckles. Wash Care Recommend hand wash in mild detergent such as tide gentle or dishwash liquid; gently wring out excess water; hang dry or machine dry low-medium heat. If gear extractor must be used, do not use turnout gear detegrent as the chemicals used dry out the natural oils in any leather; recommend use tide gentle. After any wash method, once gloves have dried it is recommended to rub barbasol shave cream on the leather portions to preserve the natural oils and add longevity WARRANTY For defective workmanship or materials for the life of the gloves.
