A pair of original Stuart crystal earrings set in silver with back to front fittings. Circa 1680 these rare beauties contain a gold thread monogram with red foiling under the rock crystal. Faceted rock crystal. Popularised in the mid 17th century Stuart Crystal jewellery was worn to show silent support of King Charles.
