Stuart Z-Butt Adapter Stuart Z-Butt Adapters allow anglers to match rods and removable butts of different sizes, giving you more flexibility when setting up offshore and big-game f ishing rods. The adapter allows a rod with a smaller ferrule size to be used with a larger Stuart-style removable butt. This is especially useful for traditional stand-up and heavy-tackle rods when you want to move to a larger butt without rebuilding the rod. Precision-machined aluminum construction provides a strong, secure connection, while the knurled collet nut makes the adapter easy to install and remove.
