Artists’ studios are often filled with random debris, pieces of creations on the floor, empty paint tubes and pots, used rags and sweat, blood and tears. Hauger started collecting these in 2011 when she first mixed oil paint in a plastic tub, and she continued ever since, choosing to treat these objects as treasures rather than rubbish.
