Chick of Chino, California, which are known worldwide, this is act ually about San Francisco's St. Stupid's Day Parade, where for 40 years artists and counterculture fringe-types have marched through the city streets on April 1st-- actually a mockery of religion from Ed "Bishop Joey" Holmes and his First Church of the Last Laugh. Drawn by cartoonist Hal Robins (Weirdo, Young Lust, Anarchy Comics, Fat Freddy's Comics and Stories, Legal Action Comics etc.) 3" x 5", duo-color cover, black-and-white interior.
