As a result, subscribers on the same course may receive different bottles each month. Requests for product changes or custom selections are not available. Delivery & Subscription Information 1. The date of your first delivery depends on the date of your subscription. Payments will be automatically charged to your registered credit card. 2. You can update your delivery address from your account page. Please note that changes may not be possible once shipment preparation has begun. 3. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. 4. You may cancel your subscription from your account page. However, all plans require a minimum subscription period of two months. To cancel from the next monthly cycle, please submit your cancellation request by the 20th of each month. Requests received after the 20th will take effect from the following monthly cycle.
