If your file is a low quality, it will be printed as is. * Your file needs to be in a transparent PNG or SVG formal. * If your file cannot be opened / is corrupt / not transparent / incorrect format - you will be refunded automatically and you will need to place a new order. * Your images need to be ganged in the sizes you want. * Turn around time, please expect 1-2 days before your order is shipped, as we batch custom orders. * No refunds will be provided for incorrect / poor quality images you supplied.
