There is a consciousness of keeping the organic shapes unstructured, allowing the colour palette to play the primary role with this piece. However adding finer lines and hidden detail brings this work together in a cacophony of shapes and colours. I allowed myself the guilty pleasure of having fun with this painting too, the blue splash explores a carefree attitude while the thick dripping of paint at the top was just my artist indulgence in exploration.
