Sessions can be taken as 1-hour sessions twice a week, or a single 2-hour session once a week — depending on the level of work you want to achieve. Ideal for working through more complex behaviours with greater consistency. Ideal for mild reactivity, sharpening up that focus and attention in more crowed settings. 12 Hours – 3 hours per week | Maximum immersion. Sessions can be taken as individual 1-hour sessions 3 times a week or compounded into 3-hour sessions for deeper, more intensive work, fighting the problem where the problem happens while still allowing the time for the training to sink in.
