Substance Rouge is a deliciously refreshing blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Red currant, raspberry and pomegranate are instantly waking your tastebuds. Yet, this wine wasn't meant to be a glouglou 🎯! 2024 was a fairly warm year in the Cabardès, forcing the vineyards to ripe earlier than expected 🔥. It attracted the wild boars 🐗, loving sweet and ripe grapes. To save them, Sebastien decided to harvest earlier than expected. We almost had a bolder tannic wine while we definitely lighter ones.
