Two weeks of carbonic maceration, after which the wine is only stomped before being moved to a single 300L barrel. The wine ages for 10 months without racking before being bottled unsulfur. A super fresh and crunchy Blaufränkisch, filled with red cherries, floral notes and just a hint of tannin. Great served slightly chilled to highlight its delicate freshness and feather light body.
