Monk Fruit is very sweet so by adding a li ttle to the recipe we could increase the chocolate and lower the erythritol while maintaining a similar sweetness level compared to our first version. Four simple ingredients: Organic cocoa beans, Erythritol, organic cocoa butter, and Monk Fruit make up this 75% dark chocolate with 0 g of added sugar! Keto friendly, low carb and low glycemic!
