This black tea comes from some of Peru’s oldest tea plants, which grow semi-wild in the highland forests. Its name means “beautiful water” in the language Quechua. Warm honey and f loral notes create depth and elegance. Hardly any tea leaves Peru for Europe — the small harvests are spoken for at home, not least by the country's best restaurants.
