Sumatra brings together coffee from producer Fahman Yoga's farm and neighbouring growers in Kenawat, in the Gayo Highlands of northern Sumatra. The coffee is cultivated at 1,100m u nder agroforestry shade.Ripe cherries are cleaned and pulped, then sealed in an airtight tank for seven days of anaerobic fermentation before the parchment is dried to 10-12% moisture and dry-milled.Tasting notes: honey, grape, cherry and lime.
