We roast this Organic Sumatra a little darker than our usual to draw out notes of cocoa and spice with a syrupy body and a balanced acidity. The unique green coffee processing styl e in Sumatra creates a wild, rich flavor profile specific to the region. Sumatra, an Indonesian island, produces much of the nation’s coffee.
