THIS IS A SECOND QUALITY LISTING Our tawny brown Sumatran Amber has gorgeous rich gold tones, speckled with warmer shades of sepia. Sumatran Amber is found on the island Sumatra, t he second largest Indonesian island. Our Sumatran Amber is sold as randomly selected single pieces. They range from approximately 1" - 2 1/4" long. They are flat backed with convex tops. Is it real? Yes! This Amber does fluoresce an eerie blue under UV light, floats in salt water, produces a pine tree like smell when heated, and is lightweight. I have no reason to believe it otherwise. These Cabochons are gorgeous and will make amazing jewelry. You may find fractures, fill, or small chips. Show more
