This light roast has been put together by Union's coffee team, drawing from two remarkable co-operatives - Chirinos in Peru and Maraba in Rwanda - to create something bright, balanced and built for the season. Chirinos brings together over 800 smallholder farmers in the high mountains of Peru, where organic farming is taken seriously and community prosperity is built cup by cup. Maraba holds a special place in Union's story - our very first co-operative partner, dating back to 2002, and one of the most remarkable turnaround stories in specialty coffee. Grown at 1,700 masl in Rwanda's hills, the coffee reflects decades of craft, care and commitment. Washed and light roasted, this blend is as versatile as it is vibrant.
