Le Rosé is Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Pale, properly dry, with enough structure to hold up next to food rather than disappear alongside it. Le Blanc is Sauvignon Blanc and Se millon, citrus and white flowers up front, with the Semillon lending a little weight underneath. In the case 4 × Le Rosé 2024. Serve cold, 8 to 10°C.
