2/4/26 at 7pm-9pm Oftentimes we jump right into setting New Year Resolutions without reflecting on the past, on ourselves, and on what we truly want. In this workshop we will slow down and focus our attention inward to process our thoughts, feelings, actions, experiences and motivations to make sense of what we are feeling. Through honest, compassionate self-inquiry we can understand our needs, strengths and areas for growth so we can stop living on autopilot and start gaining control of our lives. In becoming self-aware we hold ourselves accountable, and that is when we grow and improve our lives, that is when we are able to set resolutions that deeply matter to us. You will be provided with supplies, however feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite journal, pen, etc! Get your ticket!
