We Are A Team: In our home we have our individual chores but I was tired of everyone saying "that's not my mess" or just walking by things on the stairs without a care in the world. We had a nice long chat about how we are a team in this family and when we pick something up without being asked or cleaning a mess we didn't necessarily make, it makes us a stronger team. So this chart was made so every time you clean something up without being asked you cross one of the boxes off. Every member of the family contributes without worrying about who checked which boxes and who has more or less jobs.
