This intermediate level online class is full of a variety of royal icing skills from outlining and flooding, to adding small piped details, creating royal icing transfers, and using a piping tip to create some 3D components. Basic royal icing experience and knowledge of consistencies is helpful for this class. I do provide recipe and a written overview of how to prepare royal icing. I also include a color and consistency reference in written form. The online class is just under 2 hours and is yours to keep forever. As much as I love in person classes, those sadly come to an end and tips/techniques can be forgotten over time.
