ABOUT MOSQUITO BITS: Mosquito Bits are a highly selective biopesticide effective against mosquitoes in a variety of habitats. When spread over the surface of standing water, Mosqui to Bits release a biological mosquito larvacide (Bacillus thuringiensis v. israelensis) into the water. This larvicide gradually settles in the water where it is eaten by mosquito larvae growing there. Mosquito Bits may be used in all types of standing water sites where mosquito larvae grow.
