The SPRF11 can be used as a refrigerator or freezer, with a wide temperature range that can be adjusted between -20ºC and +20ºC, ensuring vaccines can be stored at the recommended 2 to 8ºC range. The external control panel offers easy and intuitive operation and allows you to adjust the temperature without opening the lid and exposing stored items to ambient temperature. This unit is also equipped with a heating function that lets you set the interior at +50ºC, a useful feature for warming compression packs. With its user-friendly portable design, the SPRF11 is a great solution for traveling nurses, off-site vaccination clinics, sample collection, environmental agencies, and other applications that require temperature stability while in transit. NOTE: Accucold refrigerators are purpose-built to the support meeting the current CDC (Centers for Disease Control) guidelines for the storage of vaccines. At this time, Accucold refrigerators have not been evaluated to the new NSF 456 standard. For additional temperature assurance, the CDC recommends a calibrated digital data logger (DDL), which can be added with the purchase of a DLSA11CAL accessory.
