Predictable rebounds for improving hand-eye coordination Wacky unpredictable rebounds to enhance reflexes Randomised side works better with smaller balls. The larger the ball, the less it will return randomly. For example, a cricket ball will come back randomly quite often, while a basketball will only deviate a very small amount and not all the time. Larger balls can still deviate, but this will mostly be from where the ball is positioned when bouncing off the net.
