Final numbers and balance are due on the day. 📅 Ready to book?Select your party date and time at the top of the page and confirm your booking today! 📋 Birthday Party Rules & Information To help your party go smoothly: Deposits: £20 for DIY, Standard or Play and snacks party Price guarantee: You pay the price quoted when you book, even if prices rise later. Booking: No date is held without a deposit. To book, simply choose your time slot online. Talk to our team? Call us on 0191 2599966 Deposits are non-refundable. We may allow a change of date/time at our discretion. Birthday cakes & decorations: You’re welcome to bring a cake and candles (no firework-style candles please). Balloons and banners are allowed, but please avoid sticking items to painted walls. Party timing: Parties run back-to-back. Please vacate promptly at the end of your slot. Overstays: Unagreed overstays of more than 15 mins incur a £50 charge per 15 mins. Speak to us first – we may be able to extend your time. Top-ups: Ask any staff member if you need more juice or assistance. Guest numbers: We only need an approximate number at booking; we’ll count guests in on the day and charge accordingly. Siblings: Under-12 siblings must be paid for by their parents on the day. We can add them to your party (meal + party bag) or charge standard entry (£8.95). Let us know your preference beforehand. Seating: We’ll allocate your party a seating area, which may be upstairs. Feedback: If something isn’t right, please ask for a duty manager at the time so we can fix it immediately. Behaviour: Rude or aggressive behaviour towards staff or other guests will result in removal. If it involves a parent or the birthday child, the party will be terminated with full payment due. Allergies: We can cater for allergies, vegetarian, and vegan meals — please inform us at least one week in advance. Outside food: Not permitted inside the centre. Please respect this rule.
