I have classified these patterns to be at an intermediate level though I think an advanced beginner could give it a try. PLEASE NOTE: all 3 of these patterns INCLUDE the sun and moon granny square pattern in them. The granny square portion for the backpack and pouch is the same, but the tote bag’s squares are a bit different in terms of size and orientation. Purchase of the individual granny square pattern is NOT necessary as it is included. There is a fabric lining section for both the backpack and the pouch, NOT the tote bag; I have a free tutorial on YouTube if you are interested in lining the tote on my channel Alyssia Creates titled "How to Line Crochet Bag" For the backpack and pouch, the sewing section is shown with the use of a sewing machine, but it can be hand sewn as well - I give tips on how to do that. I showed how to do the lining in a straightforward/easy way for those who have little to no sewing experience - experienced sewers can use alternative methods if they wish. With all that said, the lining is entirely optional. Patterns are written in US terms (English) - You should know the following stitches for this pattern: chain slip stitch single crochet half double crochet double crochet triple crochet If you need clarity on something, do not hesitate to reach out and I will do my best to help you (however please keep in mind the pattern level and if it matches your current skill level). DIMENSIONS: Backpack: Length is approx 11.5/12” Width is approx 12” (9.5" when closed) Pouch: Length is approx. 5.5” Width is approx. 4.5 Tote: Length is approx 14” (23” including straps) Width is approx 14” I use worsted weight level 4 cotton yarn but you are welcome to use any yarn you would like.
