Sun Burn is made from a selection of our all naturally grown hot yellow peppers that are hand harvested and fermented to unlock all the flavors and the probiotics. It is then made into a mash and infused wet with all natural sea salt to impart the burn into every grain. We then freeze dry it to trap in the aromas and flavors.
