It is a precursor of melanin, which is responsible for protecting the skin from harmful UV radiation. Aloe vera contains a mixture of vitamins, minerals, inorganic substances and organic compounds that have a positive effect on the human body and significantly contribute to its protection and health. Beta-carotene is a substance from the group of carotenoids, it serves as a yellow-red colourant and a precursor of vitamin A. It is one of the important antioxidants and increases the body's defences. It takes care of the skin and helps to achieve and maintain a beautiful colour after sunbathing. Recommended dosage: Start by taking the tablets 3 - 5 days before active sunbathing 1 tablet twice a day after a meal, keep the dosage even during days of active sunbathing.
