Add 1-2 teaspoons of loose Cleanse or Strawberry & Lemon Verbena tisane to your infuser, place in the mug, add hot water and steep for 5-10 minutes. Apply the UV lip balm to moisturise and protect lips when out in the sun. Apply the insect roll-on oils to exposed skin (particularly ankles, wrists and neck).
