When to drink A luxurious morning cup, rich enough to stand in for coffee. Beautiful plain; also excellent iced. How to brew (gongfu style) 4g per 100ml at 90–95°C (194–203°F). Quick rinse, then steep 15–20 seconds for the first infusion, adding a few seconds each round. Rewards 5+ steeps. Western brewing: 3g per 250ml, 90°C, 3–4 minutes. Re-steep 1–2 times. Available in 50g, 100g and 250g. Sealed fresh in small-batch packaging.
