18 carat gold vermeil pendant on gold filled chain. I made this to remind myself of those moments when you sit in the sun with your eyes closed and suddenly anything seems possible . I wanted to carry this feeling with me throughout the year. Like a warm sun nestled against one's skin, this beautiful Sun Pendant is etched and then cast in solid recycled silver plated with a thick layer of 18 carat gold ( 3 microns) The chain is 22 carat gold filled ( a layer of gold is bonded onto brass for more durability).
