Jeddel Bug’s Toe Jam: Named for our youngest son and Ben’s brother, Jed—a rural family doc and organic farmer, who lives in rural Virginia—this traditional Southern jam is made fro m a mix of tangerines, oranges, and elderberries. My favorite way to use it is as a topping (melted and with a dash of bourbon) on vanilla ice cream. Show more
