The Aesthetic Union, established in 2013, is a contemporary letterpress studio, workshop space, and print shop based in the Mission District of San Francisco. Located at 555 Alabama Street in the Heath Ceramics building, it offers both handcrafted stationery and paper goods — greeting cards, art prints, stickers — and custom letterpress printing. More than a retail shop, it's a creative hub: people can take workshops, rent studio space and presses, observe the vintage machinery in action, and collaborate with resident artists.
