SUNBRIGHT DE-100GS is a homobifunctional NHS ester-PEG with a 10,000 Da PEG chain. The NHS groups at both ends are linked to the PEG chain via glutaric acid linkers, and they readi ly react with amine-containing molecules to form stable amide bonds.
