For site specific delivery, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) modified with ligands are widely used. SUNBRIGHT GS-020TS is a functionalized PEG lipid designed for efficient ligand conjuga tion in LNP drug delivery systems. It features a NHS carbonate group linked to a PEG diacylglycarol (DSG-PEG3400), allowing conjugation with amine-containing molecules to form stable carbamate bond.
