SUNBRIGHT® ME-100CS is a methoxy PEG NHS ester with a 10,000 Da PEG chain. The NHS group is linked to the PEG chain via a succinic acid linker, and it readily reacts with amine-con taining molecules to form a stable amide bond. After PEGylation, the CS type is relatively susceptible to hydrolysis because it contains an ester linkage, enabling the control of hydrolysis rate depending on the target applications. Show more
