Curious about pottery but not ready for a multi-week commitment? This one-off class is a straightforward introduction to wheel throwing. You’ll learn the basics: centering clay, pulling walls, and shaping simple forms, all under the guidance of one of our amazing instructors. No previous experience required, and no pressure to make anything “perfect.” Course cost: $80 per person and $150 for two people (includes clay, glazes, firings, and all supplies) We’ll clear glaze and fire your two best pieces in a food-safe finish so you can pick it up a few weeks later. Never want to see it again? No problem. Just let us know when you're done and we'll take care of that, too. It’s equal parts engrossing, messy, and surprisingly satisfying.
