This Sunflower Lecithin powder from sunflower seeds contains: 25% Phosphatidyl Choline 12% Phosphatidyl Ethanolamine 20% Phosphatidyl Inositol 3% Phosphatidic Acid Phospholipids make up the outer bilayer of cell membranes. Phosphatidyl choline is the most commonly found phospholipid in human cells.
