It is compatible with many sealed hard-floor surfaces, including concrete, tile, epoxy, vinyl, terrazzo, and sealed stone, scrubbing and recovering water in one pass. The unit features a 550W brush motor with a 200 RPM brush speed, a U-shaped squeegee for water recovery, a one-touch control panel, and easy-drain tanks with large openings. It runs for up to 5 hours per charge with an 8-hour charging time and a 68 dBA noise rating, while the RT50+ version uses a lithium battery system for faster charging. The rotationally molded polyethylene housing is corrosion- and impact-resistant, with an anti-collision design for tight-area maneuvering and an adjustable handle for compact storage. Each unit is factory-tested with clean water before shipping, so a small amount of residual water may remain in the tank or hose. Any green liquid present is anti-freeze solution added to protect internal components during transit and cold-condition storage.
