The Sunrise Shell earrings are handmade treasure, created with a real sunrise shell from Hawaii. The shell charms are suspended from 14 mm gold fill huggie style hoops. Sunrise shells carry lots of meaning, and have classic mermaid vibes. I would call this summertime jewelry... except that it's shell jewelry season all year long if you're a mermaid... The shell charms are removable from their hoops, and arrive with a pouch to store them during your adventures... you can keep the hoops in! They are comfortable to wear underneath most helmets and while sleeping. The original shell was molded, then a wax copy made. The wax copy is used to create a complete wax model of the ring- molded again, and cast in fine jeweler's bronze. After casting, is cleanup!
