Subtle and Elegant. Splendid Sunset rises about 3ft tall with flowers that have a classic look of the sacred lotus. Cup-shapped, creamy in the center and rosy on the tips. But unli ke other versicolor lotus, the pink in this one courses through the vasculature of the petals. Splendid Sunset stuns from afar then rewards close observation. It's also sweet smelling and easy to grow. We love this one. Splendid Sunset is a Medium lotus. Plant in a container that is at least 15" W x 8" H. The wider you go, the more room it will have to spread. NOTE: This product is sold as a bare root rhizome, not a mature plant. All product pictures are taken at the peak of the blooming season.
