Payment MethodsPayment is required in advance by ordering a visit through this product page, with payment made by credit card, debit card or bank deposit. Choosing the bank deposit option during the online checkout process gives you instructions to pay directly from your bank using the bank details displayed to you after placing the order. Priced by Locality The price of a home visit varies by locality. Click on your locality and note the price displayed under the product heading. The prices represent the approximate actual cost to Just Comfort Shoes of staff labour time to plan the visit, pack, transport and unpack footwear, and conduct the fitting at each serviced locality. For a group discount on back-to-back half-hour appointments organised among a group of up to 10 friends at a retirement or over-50s village, a special price can be arranged using the locality price shown on this product page plus $53 per additional person. This is a more affordable approach than individually arranged appointments because it saves us travel time. Payment for this arrangement is not possible online, and will need to be made in advance by bank deposit based on a custom invoice emailed to a representative of the group. Cancellation Due to the preparation time required to discuss, choose and pack footwear styles, customers requesting home visits incur the visit fee upon booking. The fee may only be fully waived if the visit is cancelled 24 hours or more before the visit. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the visit, we will refund half the fee. If it occurs only after our representative starts travelling to the visit, no refund of the fee is available.
