A clear base packed with iridescent flakes that shift from orange to gold and blue light reflective glitter. Sunshine on the Waves is the official version Prototype 181. Please note: Reflective glitter polishes are textured and dry down with a gritty, sandpaper feeling. To make them look smooth and glossy, I recommend applying 2-3 coats of the polish, then applying one coat of a glitter smoother, followed by one coat of top coat.
