Joie de vivre 🌞 I’ve always considered sunstone my energising, happy stone. For me it resonates with a feeling of contentment, I have my ‘joie de vivre‘ 🌞 ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ Sunstone is a variety of feldspar that is typically orange, red, or golden brown in colour with tiny inclusions of haematite, which gives it is distinctive sparkle and also the name. It is found in Canada, Norway and Russia, but the best often comes from India. Sunstone is said to have many healing properties and is a ‘go to’ in times of stress. Other properties include: Enhances creativity and inspiration: Sunstone is often called the "stone of creativity" and is believed to enhance creativity, inspiration and artistic expression. It is said to help overcome creative blocks and promote new ideas.
