Suntory's Roku is a pot-distilled gin that features six Japanese botanicals - alongside traditional gin botanicals such as juniper, cinnamon, orange peel and coriander - that repre sent the four seasons. Sakura (cherry) leaf and blossom for spring, sencha and gyokuro teas for summer, sanshō pepper for autumn and yuzu peel for winter.
