All chicken is certified organic, certified humane, free range. In the summer their chickens are raised free range on pastures with shelter that are moved daily onto fresh grass. I n the winter, chickens are placed in nice warm clean barns that have lots of water, feed, clean shavings and nautral light. They are given lots of room to grow, move and run around. Our chicken smokies are made with our own organic meats, organic spices, organic honey and then naturaly smoked in our own smoker.
