Securely anchor one end of the Band with your foot or with the GoFit Door Anchor (sold separately).2. Use one hand to grasp the Band close to the anchor point, and stretch it outward. 3. Using the other hand to hold the Handle, insert the edge of the Band into the Handle Gap. Start at one end and work it down to completely insert it. To remove the Handle from the band, follow these steps: 1. Securely anchor one end of the Band with your foot or with the GoFit Door Anchor (sold separately).2. Use one hand to grasp the Band close to the anchor point, but beyond the Handle, and stretch it outward. 3. Using the other hand to hold the Handle, slide the Band out of the Handle Gap, starting at one end as you pull. How Often should I Check my Exercise Equipment? GoFit equipment should always be checked thoroughly before each and every use to assure there are no nicks, tears, holes or other damage to the item. Using damaged items could lead to severe injury. If any sign of damage or wear is present, immediately discontinue use of the item and contact GoFit Customer Service for assistance.
