This is our detoxing cleanse we have. Designed to start each day with a cleansing lemonade blend to kickstart your system. Followed by a delicious and nourishing line up of 4 raw j uices, including two green micro nutrient dense blends, a beet blend for energy and all of our cleanses finish with our infamous house made cashew milk. Instructions; Start every morning with an 8oz cup of water, followed by your juice labelled number 1! Herbal teas are recommended over coffee, but coffee is okay in moderation (try to reduce) Continue following the numbers 2-6 in order; consuming any snacks from the suggestion list as needed Consume your last bottle around 30 minutes to an hour before bed, and start your unwind time.
