We harvest the leaf and flower in the summer, while the seed and root are harvested each fall. The root, seed, and leaf and flower are extracted separately according to their unique biochemical profiles and then blended to ensure a broad-spectrum formula. Suggested Use Shake Well Before Using.Dilute drops in 2 oz. of water or juice.For standard use, take 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb (0.7 ml), 2 to 5 times per day.
