The People’s Guardian Originally the symbol of Mother Russia, Proletariat (PL 9) was the result of a decades-long pursuit of a Russian Paragon soldier. However, with the dissolutio n of the Soviet Union in 1991, Maksim found himself bounced between one military organization after another, each with differing agendas. Wanting to serve as a proper hero once again, Proletariat traveled across Russia to find and assemble other superhumans. Together they founded the People’s Guardians and fight villainy across the Motherland. Super Powered Legends.
